A short review and outfit inspiration for the ZARA printed kimono jacket.
ZARA Printed Kimono Jacket
I recently purchased this Kimono jacket in the ZARA sale priced at just £19.99 reduced from £29.99. Kimono jackets have been a major trend for a few years now, and I find them a very easy thing to wear in all weathers as a topper for a basic outfit.
The 1970s trend is still running strong and this kimono style jacket has a very strong vintage vibe in a modern way. The print is stunning it has a beautiful vintage style floral print which also gives off that 1970s feeling.
Today I plan to wear it with a pair of flowing pleated bermuda shorts from ZARA, a plain vest top, sunglasses and the recent purchase ZARA leather roman flat sandals.
The sunglasses have been one of the best investments I have ever made and I wear them a lot. They are by Chanel and are on the 3rd summer now a classic and timeless pair.
The kimono jacket really is a lovely piece, and has lots of detailing. The fringing is a detail I absolutely love, it’s just not running along the sleeves, but along the back of the jacket for some extra interest. The jacket also has a small tie at the front which I love and can come in really useful to keep the jacket in place.
I plan to wear this Kimono in the future. It will be great in the colder months with my Boden Boyfriend Jeans which are the most flattering style of jeans that I have found for a long time. It is the perfect jacket for for a more autumn like look or to really embrace the 1970s disco trend and pair with some flared jeans and modern day platform boots!
Overall I think this Printed Kimono jacket is well worth the £19.99 sale price tag, and I feel it will get lots of wear in the coming months. Its a great look for a casual daytime look, also great for my work wardrobe and lazy evenings out taking photographs which is my favourite hobby since starting my fashion blog!
