The Coatigan Zara Frayed Edge Coat

Hi today I’m wearing my ZARA Frayed Edge Coat for a casual autumn look.

I purchased the coat a few weeks ago now in the ZARA sale and have had it hanging in the wardrobe until today as it has been too warm to wear. I love the texture and weight of the coat. It is more like a chunky cardigan than a coat hence the title of this post being the coatigan. A coatigan is a long thick cardigan designed to be worn outside the house as a coat.

I am wearing it with a plain black tee, Boden Boyfriend Jeans and navy Boden Boho Boots. I am also using my Vintage Chanel Handbag today. This was my first ever Chanel purchase years ago now, I don’t use it that much anymore as I had it stored away to prevent it from getting worn out, but thought it looked perfect with this outfit so it has been reborn. I think it will have a lot of use this winter. I love it when you have not used something for a while then you re discover it again and love it.
