Here are some pictures that I took last week around my local area. I love flowers and taking flower pictures is a hobby of mine. I started doing this when I realised that a lot of the time I walk around not in touch with my surroundings. Being busy at work and as a mum, I often get so absorbed in my life that I forget to appreciate what’s around me.
A few months ago I did an experiment where I decided that every time I leave the house I have to try and be more present and mindful. This is when I started to notice all of the beautiful things around me everyday. I also encourage my children to look for finer details and beautiful things when outdoors. I hope you enjoy looking at the pictures as much as I liked taking them.
