Today’s post is the Seven Seas Perfect 7 Woman review. I have recently started taking this multivitamin supplement and thought I would share my thoughts on it.
The world of supplements is very popular and with all the different ones available on the market, I was feeling confused about what I should be taking and what I shouldn’t. So for the last 5 years I have been taking nothing at all and relying on my diet to get everything I need.
Recently I have started feeling a little run down and was thinking of picking up a multi vitamin from my local pharmacy. A few days later Seven Seas got in touch and asked if I would be interested in trying the Perfect 7 supplement so I thought I would give it a try. They got in touch just at the right time!
Perfect 7 Woman is marketed as an anti-ageing supplement and general all round vitamins and mineral supplement for women. There is also a variation available for men too.
It provides a blend of natural marine fish oil with Omega 3 plus essential vitamins and minerals to support your body from the inside.
The key 7 areas that Perfect 7 Women offer support with is
- Skin & Nails
- Hair
- Energy
- Brain
- Vision
- Heart
- Hormonal Activity
The Supplement comes in two capsule forms. One is a marine fish oil capsule which contains the Omega 3 oils and the other capsule contains the multi vitamins and minerals. You are instructed to take one of each per day with a cold drink.
I have so far been taking them for a few weeks now and have noticed that I definitely have increased energy. This was the first effect to kick in and within a week I felt that it was a little easier to get up in the morning. Which is great at this time of year when the mornings are still dark and cold.
The second change I noticed was my nails felt a lot stronger and looked brighter and healthier.
I have only been taking these for a few weeks and have not yet noticed any of the other effects as strongly yet, but I think it can take up to three months for all the effects to be noticed when you start taking something like this. Overall I do feel better within myself so would like to continue taking these and buy more for the full three months and see what happens.
The last thing that I wanted to mention is that another of the reasons I stopped taking multi vitamins a few years ago is that I found that one of the side effect were that they irritated my stomach. I was really worried about taking these and supplements getting the same side effect, but the Perfect 7 have not made me feel any discomfort in the slightest so that was a real plus for me!
I hope you ave enjoyed the Seven Seas Perfect 7 Woman Review. As with all supplements consult your doctor and pharmasist first and check that these are right for you and that you are not allergic to them or that they interfere with any other medications and supplements that you may be taking already. As with all supplements they will work differently on different people. They also work best when combined with a healthy diet and exercise and should not be used as an alternative to these.
*This review has been brought to you in a collaboration with Seven Seas where I was paid for my time spend reviewing the product. The results shown in this post are based on my own findings and the words are my honest thoughts on the supplement.
