Nautical Tee With Striped Espadrille Wedges

In today’s look, I have paired a nautical tee with my striped espadrille wedges for a casual weekend style look.

Happy Friday! I hope you have had a lovely week and are ready for the weekend. I know I certainly am. Today’s outfit is a mix of styles really. I combined nautical classics with some edgier items and I really liked the end look.

How I wear A Nautical Tee With Striped Espadrille Wedges

I fell in love the tee when I first saw it, as it’s a playful take on a classic striped tee with fine blue stripes and little black anchors. It’s a lovely summery print which would also look great with shorts on holiday! I paired it with some studded black jeans, white sunglasses and my striped espadrille wedges. You may remember these wedges from Instagram if you follow me there as I posted a pic a few days ago.

I picked up the jeans on sale as I had been looking for some new black cropped jeans for a while now. What I liked about them is the stud detail on one pocket which make them really different. They looked a lot more cropped on the model and I was surprised at how they are a good length on me even though I am quite tall myself.

White sunglasses are having their moment right now and these Zara ones that I’m wearing are a similar style to the 1990s white sunglasses worn by Kurt Cobain, which have been reissued this year. Unfortunately mine are not the reissues of the originals but I loved the similarity in these Zara ones. They were a fraction of the price and give a great vintage look.
