I made quite a few purchases last month in the sales, so thought I would let you know which were my July best buys.
There have been lots of summer sales on, and also new collections coming in, so have purchased more than usual. It’s hard to resist when the prices are so good and the styles are so amazing. I find that I buy quite safe items in the sales, for example classic items that will not date and I know that I will get my wear out of them over time. I then buy pieces here and there throughout the seasons when something stands out at me as I know if I wait until they go on sale then it will be too late!
I have rounded up my favourite pieces that I purchased in July. I have already used all of them more than once and can see myself getting lots of use from them even as the seasons change.
I will start with the Shell tops from Boden so impressed with the first one that I purchased, I went ahead and bought another. I purchased the navy floral version first and fell in love with the shape and fit. They have this lovely tie detail on the back of the neck which really adds that feminine touch. I then went and purchased it in this lovely pink. I’m now considering getting a third whilst they still have them in stock as they have 10 variations avaliable in prints and plain colours so there’s so much to choose from. I have worn them both to work with trousers and casually with jeans.
My next best buy is the Maybelline colour show nail polish in Pink Bikini. I have worn this so much, I have used half the bottle up! Say no more.
The last must have are my ASOS flat top cat eye sunglasses. I had been looking at these for weeks but wasn’t sure if they would suit me. I had seen more expensive versions of cat eyes but couldn’t justify the spend. These being such a good price were the ones I went for and I’m so glad I did. I have not took them off! I’m now considering getting them in black too.
