Today’s look is my lace top and cropped jeans outfit.

I love the embroidery lace and eyelet blouse trend this summer and had this in mind when I selected a couple of pieces from the new SS18 collection at White Stuff where I got the white Deanna Lace Top and cropped jeans worn in today’s look.

This pretty lace detail smock top is the perfect summer blouse, light and airy and with such pretty detail. It’s a very easy to wear piece and teamed with the Ash Straight Crop jeans in the vintage blue wash, it makes a great casual everyday outfit!

One thing that I have struggled with in the past is that a lot of the blouses I have tried have been quite see through, but as this top is made of two light layers it gives you that extra protection so there’s no need to layer over a separate under top.

I finished off the look with my basket bag and pink suede sliders from Zara but you could create different looks by changing up your footwear and bag. I love the idea of wearing some white trainers with this too.
