Fun Fur Coat Trend For AW16

In today’s post I’m embracing the fun fur coat trend for AW16. I am wearing my new faux fur coat from Kaleidoscope.

Fun fur is a huge trend this autumn and winter and by ‘fun fur’ I mean fur that’s a little bit funky. Multi colours and textures are key for embracing the trend.

When Kaleidoscope reached out and asked me to pick from their new collection that was featured on the TV ad here in the UK, this Oversized Faux Fur Jacket was my choice along with the boho style hat in grey. The new campaign at Kaleidoscope is challenging you to #lovetobedifferent so I thought that a coat like this would be perfect for embracing the campaign as it’s quite different to my usual style.

I was out walking in the fields this day, so I styled the jacket with some biker jeans and flat boots. I really loved how the outfit turned out and really loved wearing it. I think the jacket would also look great dressed up too.

I love the autumnal tones in the faux fur coat. A mix of orange, brown and black is perfect for this time of year. The faux fur is such good quality and really soft. I do not wear real fur so faux fur is always the option for me and I was really impressed with the quality of this coat.
