Blanket Cape and White Shirt Outfit

Today I’m styling a blanket cape and white shirt outfit for a casual daytime look.

I love layering and I wanted to create a layered look here with a white shirt by adding the paisley blanket cape. This a great look for in the day and could be used for a shopping trip or lunch. I showed you the poncho a few times last year in different outfits. It has been a really great item to have in the wardrobe and I have really found it great for different outfits.It’s now on sale so an even better buy! I feel smart in this outfit due to the white shirt but also fun with the jeans and the poncho. You could make it look even smarter by adding a pointy heel in place of the boots for perhaps a nice more formal lunch outfit.
