Today I’m styling a Barbie Pink Dress Outfit.
Happy new week! I hope your week is off to a great start! I’m back today with a look that is inspired by the recent Barbiecore trend. With Barbie The Movie due to be released this month there are a lot of Barbie pink clothing around and here is my way of wearing a Barbie pink dress for everyday.
Barbie Pink Dress Outfit
I love bright pink at anytime of the year, it’s one of my favourite colours to wear. Being a winter colour palette it’s also one of the colours that suits my skin tone all year round along with jewel colour tones so am always happy to wear pink. When wearing bright pink one of my favourite colours to pair it with is black. I think black makes a great contrast and adds more serious feeling to a very playful colour.
I styled my Barbie pink dress with some black sandals and a black crossbody bag for a casual daytime look. The sandals are a recent addition to my summer wardrobe and are made with recycled plastic which I thought was interesting. I really love the vintage inspired print and style of the dress which features red daisy flowers in a sixties style. It’s a beautiful dress to wear for summer as the viscose fabric is light and comfortable.
