If you follow me on Instagram you will have noticed that I recently took a short break to Wales.
It was a last minute trip and as my children were on half term from school, we decided to take a short break in Wales. I had never visited Wales before so I was really excited to see what it was like as I had heard so many lovely things about how beautiful it was.
I thought I would share my outfits with you and a couple of pics of the beautiful landscape and some interesting things I saw whilst I was there.
Day 1
You may remember these clothes from previous outfit posts. The Joules jacket is the pink reversible puffer that I showed a couple of weeks back and as I said back then, it’s reversible and this is the other side which I really love. I wore it with the Fat Face Bella stripe jumper and some jeans. It was so cold on that day so was really happy to have some cozy layers.

We came across this little folly which was in a place we visited for lunch. The below pics are from inside. I just thought it was such a cute little building.
Day 2
There are some beautiful nature walks in Wales and we decided to go walking across the fields. The sun was shining but it was so cold and windy. I was wearing stripes again which are usually my go to staples when on holiday as they always look classic and go with everything when you are using a limited wardrobe.

Day 3
It’s our last day so I was wearing something comfy… it was so cold! I was wearing my zip up mac from last weeks blog post with Bonmarche over some layers and my blanket scarf. Wasn’t sure about rain so I was wearing my Hunter boots too.

I hope you have enjoyed my pics from my short break in Wales. I definitely plan to go back again and hopefully visit some of the towns but I did really enjoy being in the country and just relaxing too with my family. I will be back to my usual outfits posts at the end of this week. Have you got any upcoming mini breaks planned? Let me know in the comments below.
