Today I’m sharing 5 of my favourite French fashion brands.
I have always admired French fashion and in the recent years because of online shopping it has become a lot easier to buy fashion from French brands. Often brands want to appeal to a global market and offer reasonable shipping and returns too which is great for the shopper.
Here are 5 of my favourite French fashion brands
Sezane
I have been admiring the clothing at Sezane for a couple of years now and have bought quite a few things from them with many of them being basics like t-shirts and sweaters. I find however the price is quite high but the quality definitely lives up to it and also the ethics and sustainability of Sezane are very good. On every item page there is information about how and where the item is produced. When shopping from the UK, the delivery is fast and reasonably priced and they offer a free returns service for any items that do not suit.
La Redoute
I have been shopping with La Redoute on and off for about 15 years now as I used to get the catalogue before you were able to shop online with them. They have a wonderful selection of fashion and home items. They also stock brands. The clothing is reasonably priced and although hit and miss with sizing, I have often found some really beautiful pieces for both my wardrobe and home.
Esprit
This is another well priced brand that’s great for basics and timeless pieces. Nice to see that Esprit now offer a sustainable range too that has many styles of jeans, tees and other staples.
Rouje
Rouje Paris is a French brand by Jeanne Damas. Timeless pieces with a vintage style. I especially love the midi dresses and espadrilles from this brand and hope to add a dress to my own collection soon.
Maje
Maje is another great place for dresses and I love the bags too. There are some beautiful romantic prints and also really edgy pieces. They are a little more expensive than the other brands mentioned but they quality and design is beautiful. They also have 2 sister brands which include Sandro Paris and Claudie Pierlot.
I hope you found this post useful. Let me know your thoughts as always in the comments section below.
